I was charged twice for the same diagnostic. The issue wasn’t identified the first time, and I was made to feel like it was my fault. The second time around, they finally figured it out—but I felt it was unfair to be charged again due to the technician’s oversight. After speaking with the managers for about 30 minutes, they agreed to waive the second diagnostic fee, which I really appreciated. It’s not about the money—I just don’t want to be treated that way. I trust them because I don’t understand the mechanics of vehicles, and I hope that trust isn’t taken advantage of. More
