In short…. Vehicle was brought into Clay Cooley dealership 1/31/25 with engine light on and left 2/18/25 with the engine light still on. The managers Aaron and B Vehicle was brought into Clay Cooley dealership 1/31/25 with engine light on and left 2/18/25 with the engine light still on. The managers Aaron and Brandon must have received the same training because both were very rude and unprofessional in the same manner verbatim (especially Brandon Hill) when attempting to speak to them. There’s a lot more that could be said, but it would be a waste of time right now Learn how to speak to your customers. The “ONLY” good experience with this dealership was the service provider Alex. There seems to be an issue with just providing great customer care. It always feels like they are trying to get one over on the customer.
