I feel Service takes great care of my car. Always helpful and they understand how much I love my Jetta TDI. I keep the top of my engine really clean (whole car too). A while back I found the bottom of the engine was filthy. I told Alex it really bothers me to have a dirty engine on the bottom. I was so happy when the mechanic took the time to make the bottom of the engine as clean as the top. That is great service! More
