I would usually recommend the service center, especially when Alex is taking care of my car needs. KJ did a good job since Alex wasn't there. The reason for the three stars is that with the expensive oil ch when Alex is taking care of my car needs. KJ did a good job since Alex wasn't there. The reason for the three stars is that with the expensive oil change, there was supposed to be checking of the fluids and that didn't happen with my vehicle. my wiper fluid and coolant weren't checked and there was no engine coolant in my system, which has never happened. The attention to great customer service hasn't seemed to be a priority with the service center for some time. More
