I have taken my vehicle for repairs several times, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to make multiple trips because they always forget to do something. I either have to return later, or I have to pick up my ve EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to make multiple trips because they always forget to do something. I either have to return later, or I have to pick up my vehicle without being repair at the end of the day because they just couldn't get to it. I have been nothing but patient with this dealer, but they absolutely DO NOT CARE about my time. I have wasted COUNTLESS hours and money (on Ubers, since they never have a loaner available). I absolutely loved this dealership's customer service when I bought the vehicle, but after this experience, I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Worst experience ever. More
