Generally very good. However, during last onsite visit computer update completed with our approval. We were not told that with the update not all updates were completed. However, during last onsite visit computer update completed with our approval. We were not told that with the update not all updates were completed. Phones, radio stations etc. were wiped out and required to be reinstalled on a 2nd trip back to dealership. That info should have been relayed to consumer during initial service. More

The service staff lied about fixing my vehicle until i paid for an oil change. Once I spent the money and brought my car in for further evaluation they stated they would not be assisting me further due to paid for an oil change. Once I spent the money and brought my car in for further evaluation they stated they would not be assisting me further due to mileage. I had originally been told the mileage was still okay since it is a regular problem with Hyundai vehicles. More
