They were clear about my car issues and fixed them. However, when I came to pick up vehicle, we looked under hood and saw that hose hadn't been fixed. I had to wait another day. I purchased a 2025 Tucson a few weeks ago; Jorge was the sales rep I worked with, and purchasing the car from Jorge exceeded my expectations. He took the time to explain the new features on this Tucson, as compared to my 2017 Tucson, which I traded. There was some confusion with Warranty, and Jorge, along with Elias, took the time to ensure of a correction and I understood the differences in the warranties. I have been using the Clay Cooley of Rockwall's service dept since 2019 for my 2017 Tucson. The Service Dept, along with Jenifer, always exceeds my expectation.
