I don’t know how Clay Cooley of Rockwall ever got a 4. 7 average review. My experience has been the worst I’ve ever had with a dealership. I bought a 2023 Santa Cruz from them in June 2023 with 4639 miles 7 average review. My experience has been the worst I’ve ever had with a dealership. I bought a 2023 Santa Cruz from them in June 2023 with 4639 miles on it because they didn’t have a new one available. I was assured that I would receive warranty the same as new which I found out to be false. Beware buying a used vehicle from them without reviewing absolutely everything about it which is very extensive. More

The service was great, but passing the 3% charge for using a credit card into the consumer is pretty disappointing. For many of us using a card is the only way we can manage needed repairs, so being pen using a credit card into the consumer is pretty disappointing. For many of us using a card is the only way we can manage needed repairs, so being penalized on top of that does not lean into a customer for life philosophy. More

The Service Manger is amazing but the service tech that was in charge of my cars service was wonderful. His name is Wayne. He’s been my service technician the past two visits and I don’t want to deal wit was in charge of my cars service was wonderful. His name is Wayne.
