This service department is a breath of fresh air! I’ve always had such negative experiences with service departments at other dealerships, I used to dread having to interact with them. This is the ex I’ve always had such negative experiences with service departments at other dealerships, I used to dread having to interact with them. This is the exact opposite of that. Everyone is courteous, professional, and friendly. I was offered a shuttle to and from my job if needed. Shoutout to Quincy for really making me feel like I’m a valued customer.
