Takes long time to fix every time I come to this dealer does not matter if it is the weekend or weekday. I always experience poor communication from service advisors. They always get surprised about the pr does not matter if it is the weekend or weekday. I always experience poor communication from service advisors. They always get surprised about the promo your company sent few years ago. Teach some or your service advisors how to communicate with customers training. I was told that the windshield wiper for back window would be available! But after an hour wait I was told that I would have to wait over an hour to get the part from Mesquite! I could not do that! So I would be available! But after an hour wait I was told that I would have to wait over an hour to get the part from Mesquite! I could not do that! So I paid for the windshield wiper and was told I would get called when I could get back to get it replaced! I still have not gotten the call! More
