Poor communication from service advisor. Didn't seem to understand how to use their online service/billing system. I asked for 4 things to be done. 2 of them did not make it onto the automatic bill that they texted to me. I brought it up to the advisor. He said they would be there when I paid for the service. They were not. I called back. He said I would be able to add them onto the invoice. I could not. I had to contact him again to have him add the services to the invoice. I was very happy with how quickly they were able to start and complete the service. Nothing against CC Hyundai, I just forget how expensive dealers are for normal service. Nearly $400 for an oil and transmission fluid change. :o More

I checked a brand new car before pickup and there were several scratches to see on the car. I've complained and they tried to detail it, but at one part they made it even worse. I was quoted over $1,000 to replace a window regulator after I was already charged $183 just to diagnose the problem (at which time they also found 10 other accompanying “problems”). I promptly said no thank you and went to collect my vehicle. I took it to a reputable paint and body shop that replaced it for $200 TOTAL. I said “Surely there is a mistake. I am certain I owe more than $200.” The shop owner said, “We don’t charge for work that we don’t do.” There you have it folks! If you want to be charged for work that isn’t being done, then take it to the dealership for service and repair! More
