The service itself was good. Dealing with the service advisor was awful and the reason for the lower rating. I had been in less than a month prior for the same service and was charged half as much. When I asked for an explanation, I was told nothing, and it was treated like a bartering situation. It took numerous back and forth to get charged ALMOST the same price as I had a reason prior. It was a scam. More
