There was a minor communication mixup regarding the completion of services for my vehicle. My vehicle had been completed for 2 days and I wasn’t notified and the portal was not updated. This resulted i completion of services for my vehicle. My vehicle had been completed for 2 days and I wasn’t notified and the portal was not updated. This resulted in loss of production for me. When I completed my customer survey the manager contacted me immediately to listen to my concerns and rectify the issue. I’ve always had great service from this dealership and immediate response to this issue was very nice customer service. I’d recommend their services to others and I will be a returning customer. I have no doubt that this will not be a recurring issue in the future. More
