Conveniently placed procedures, and quick to let me know if there's something urgent to tend to the vehicle. The only thing I would suggest is maybe make a comfy lounge for people to sit and wait. This last limp mode and I caught that they've been not documenting what we tell them but rather falsifying the documentations to cover them. I placed a review on nextdoor for locals to see and it got over 9000 views/responses within 48 hrs. The service manager text me and said they would help only if I removed the post. Beware of bait and switch! (price and salesman) They advertise their 2023 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy at MSRP (no addendum like their ethical competition does). I called to make sure they would accept full MSRP and transportation fee and they agreed but every other statement was 'can you come in today' or 'when can you come in'... Then, when I got there, the original salesmen, Jojo, who I made an appointment with all of a sudden had to deliver a car so he handed me off toe George. When we got to discuss the deal George informed me that they don't sell the Calligraphy at MSRP and asked for proof. I showed him texts so he talked to his manager why didn't care and took the Car from $53K to $59. Total sketchy, old school tactics that we all dread. I recommend that you stay away. More

After a phone conversation with Eric, I agreed to meet with him, and test drive some cars. Eric knows his product, answered all my questions and did it with a good attitude and pleasant personality. I told him what my budget was, and he made it happen. Eric gave me good customer service and due to how he treated me I bought a car from him. I recommend Eric Tharp. More
I was charged $330 for what I feel should of been covered by the warranty. I came in due to a check engine light. I was called and told it was water damaged possibly caused by a pressure washer. I didn't pre by the warranty. I came in due to a check engine light. I was called and told it was water damaged possibly caused by a pressure washer. I didn't pressure wash the engine. This car has been in New Mexico up in the mountain area for the last 4 years so moisture could have caused it. It only affected 1 spark plug and 1 coil and was told it was all rusted up. Why was it only 1 and not the other 3 if I pressure washed it. Very frustrating! More
