We went into Clay Cooley on I20. Worst car experience ever. Tried to lowball us on our trade in but once I told them we had a instant offer all of a sudden they raised their trade in Worst car experience ever. Also told them I did not want my credit checked because I didn't want a ding on my credit and I knew at that point we probably wouldn't purchase from them. They lied and said they just needed to look at our credit and would not be a hard inquiry. That was a lie. We ended up buying from Freeman Hyundai and it was a great experience. I would rather ride a bicycle the rest of my life than deal with Clay Cooley. HORRIBLE!!! More

We received a five-star experience when purchasing the vehicle. The only slightly frustrating part of that experience was being forced to purchase the family care plan, which supposedly covers where in te vehicle. The only slightly frustrating part of that experience was being forced to purchase the family care plan, which supposedly covers where in tear like small scratches and dents. Now that we need to use the plan, we are unable to make an appointment for the service. I have tried many many times, reaching to about 20 attempts to make this appointment. I have called, chatted via the website, emailed so only be given the incorrect phone numbers, incorrect, email addresses, then transferred to other people, all only to tell me that someone will get back to me and no one ever does More
