Three visits to get one recall complete. Unsatisfactory attention to detail. When I brought the concern to previous management I was assured the recall was handled and the oil was changed. When I said the oil was dirty with less than 100 miles I was made to think I was in error. When suggested to bring it back I decided to take business to another Hyundai dealer. Decided to allow one more opportunity to resolve. Will Jones went above and beyond to assist my concerns. I am not certain why three visits are required to fix one recall. More
