I called Clay Cooley Hyundai of Dallas on July 3rd and talked to a sale representative, asking to speak to a sale manager. I made my concerns very, very clear on why I needed to speak to a manager, in reg talked to a sale representative, asking to speak to a sale manager. I made my concerns very, very clear on why I needed to speak to a manager, in regards to trading my leased Nissan Rogue from Clay Cooley Nissan in on A Clay Cooley Hyundai Hybrid. The manager told the sales person that he could do this trade, and to come in to get my Nissan appraised. I asked the sales person again, can they surely do this leased Nissan trade in, because I didn't want to drive all that 42 miles distance for nothing. Again sales said they could do this. Well, jail, I get there and the In considerate sale manager would not acknowledge me, he kept saying I need to call Nissan. My question was a Yes or No question. This was a total waste of my time and gas. I have talked to several sales manager from my past 6 car buys and leases. This manager lied and had on guts to come a tell me. I was looking right at him. This was quite unprofessional of him! More
