I purchased my vehicle “at this location,” (when it was Bob Stallings). Apparently Clay Cooley’s current staff, (that have replaced and/or moved great Stallings service and even sales staff) doesn’t think Bob Stallings). Apparently Clay Cooley’s current staff, (that have replaced and/or moved great Stallings service and even sales staff) doesn’t think much of the prior customers. I required an insurance quote for a new OEM windshield for my 2022 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. The service dept staff couldn’t care less in assisting me. When I inquired about the “small paint” issues, (or something to that effect) that Clay Cooley is currently advertising on TV — the staff sounded like a dear caught in the headlights. Had no clue what I was talking about. This has all been to Vandergriff’s Hyundai’s benefit. This is not the first time I’ve heard of poor or inept customer service issues at this dealership. Hope they get their act in order. More

Taylor was amazing to work with. I showed up 30-40 minutes early to my appointment and he immediately took care of me. I went to Clay Cooley Hyundai in Dallas because it was closer. HUGE MISTAKE! First, they offer better prices online if you fill out the contact form. But, their sales person said they really don’t. Then they gave me an SEL when I wanted the Limited. Since I paid about $28k I assumed I was getting the right car but on my way home I discovered it wasn’t. Went to get my Veloster back and they wouldn’t give it to me. Gave me a white Limited venue not what I wanted. Had to go on vacation the next day and dove over 800 miles so they wouldn’t take it back within the 7 days they advertised. Posted this before and was contacted by their CSM. He said he would talk to the GM. Didn’t hear anything for a week until I called and asked to Speak to the GM. First he said everything was my fault. When I set him straight he apologized and asked what they could do. I said I wanted to trade for a Kona or different color Venue. I also mentioned about overpaying for the white Venue. The GM said they gave me a $2000 discount. When I checked the paperwork that was the difference of my trade in car that I used for a down payment! I went to the dealership again thinking I was just switching cars. Instead, they offered me below market value for my white Venue and wanted to overcharge me for a new car! I walked out. More
