We called Adan Soloway on Friday on the way to Cedar Park about our car not running at Abbot rest area. I managed to get it temporarily fixed but he told us to get it to Hyundai on LBJ In Dallas when we were about our car not running at Abbot rest area. I managed to get it temporarily fixed but he told us to get it to Hyundai on LBJ In Dallas when we were back from cedar park. We showed up today just before noon and he started working on it and finally got the software updated later today. It’s been working really good. More

I would avoid at all cost doing business with Clay Cooley period!! Personnel is a replica of ownership. I would like to specifically call out Sam in service. Very unprofessional!! He is not man enough to say that they haven't done anything to resolve an issue. Instead he avoids taking your calls. That explains his minimum wage salary. More

Sales associate called, we discussed the car, terms, pricing, and down payment accuracy from the site deal; associate verified all terms with management once verbally and twice via text at my request. When we were applying for credit, suddenly management stepped in and said they couldn't do the deal. At this point, we'd been in correspondence for 3 hours and now they wanted to raise the term rate $200/month. Per sales, Hyundai won't 'honor the rebates' because the car is a 2023 and there is a mistake with the VIN, even though if you google the VIN number it comes up with the exact car on their lot and cross matches with the VIN present on the verified deal paperwork. Very disappointed in what feels like a bait and switch technique to make a sale. I then waited for over an hour for a return call from the manager on duty but had to call the dealership myself to follow up to be told the manager 'left early'. I then asked to speak to the next manager up, Brandon, sat on hold for over 25 minutes to be told that the rebates don't apply to 2023 models and that this deal would 'lose them money' and cost him 'his job' if he approved it. Even though it had already been verified and approved by the Clay Cooley staff three times. Brandon also seemingly reprimanded me, the customer, for calling him when he told the sales associate he would call me whenever he could. Mind you, I didn't complain about being on hold once. Brandon then said he was going to 'reprimand' the sales associate for the situation to which I am the one who said that was inappropriate and if he's going to reprimand anyone it should be the sales manager who gave the associate the go ahead 3 times to approve the deal before changing the terms, then Brandon stated he was the 'only manager' there today, meaning he approved it and then tried to push it off onto someone else. Very unimpressed. More

When I realize and ask them a they simply said sorry. Not at all expected this from finance and sales team. It’s kind of disappointing. More
