Advisor was great, only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the time. Had a 10am appointment and they didn’t get my vehicle on the rack until 12. 2.5 hours is fine with no appointment but this should have be the time. Ive had problems at this dealership before, I am not sure why I went back. The sales process wasnt too terrible, However, this dealership does NOT know how to do run its finances. The first time I bought a car there, the check they issued me bounced. I had to go back and have them issue me a new check and they said it was an "accounting error" that caused the check to bounce. This last time, they basically forgot to pay off my trade in and I had to call and "remind" them to pay it off. They couldnt explain why they hadnt already submitted it, but now my credit shows a 30 day past due on my trade in. Maybe I just had bad luck (twice) at that same location, but I definitely wont be going back there again. More

According to the diagnostic sheet we received, the car was not drive so the technician could experience the problem we are having.
