Long wait, no communication, prices charged are higher than what a normal mechanic would recommended. Brought car in on a Saturday, no word for 4 days. Called, promised answers in1-2 days. The agent has to check the car before delivering it to the client. The person who drives the cars to the workshop has to drive more carefully because they drive as if they were on the highway and that is the client.
