I’m from Minnesota, and dealing with an out‑of‑state - JC

I’m from Minnesota, and dealing with an out‑of‑state dealership is an added stress. Irene and the team at Huffines Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Every question was answered quickly, communication was immediate, and they stayed on top of every detail. When I flew down to pick up the F‑150, they even picked me up from the airport. Excellent experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Donovan and Tiric. - kthigpen75

I had the pleasure of working with Donovan and Tiric. Both of these individuals were extremely professional and very knowledgeable of what I wanted (Jeep Gladiator) and would occasionally "check in" with me (it took me a while to pull the trigger on the purchase). Both Donovan and Tiric treated me as a friend as opposed to a customer and that went a long way with me. There were 2 dealerships closer to where I live, offering similar packages, but I felt very comfortable with Donovan and Tiric and I decided I was going to stick with them, no matter what other deals I found. I'm satisfied with my Gladiator and I am equally satisfied I had a chance to work with Donovan and Tiric

Perfect overall experience with service. - alex.stroud23

Perfect overall experience with service. Oleg Zatsepin my service advisor was professional and courteous. He assured me he would take care of my concerns and followed through on his promise. He maintained communication throughout the process which is really important to me. GDCJ took care of my Jeep right away. I recieved my Jeep back after major repairs in a couple of days with no issues or defects. The courtesy shuttle was great. Perfect service. I could not be happier with this service department. I appreciate the integrity. Thanks Grapevine!

Great experience from start to finish! - brannon.montanez

Great experience from start to finish! I completed most of my paperwork ahead of time, which made the entire process quick and easy. Everyone was friendly, easy to talk to, and made the experience comfortable. The manager even took the time to speak with me before we got started, which I appreciated. I walked in, took the vehicle for a test drive, and drove home with it the same day. No unnecessary hassle, just a simple and straightforward buying experience. Definitely recommend!

Tried to purchase a vehicle from this dealer as an out of - Toddwn

Tried to purchase a vehicle from this dealer as an out of state purchase. They bombarded me with calls, texts, emails from several people and AI people. All I wanted was someone with knowledge of out of state purchases to schedule an appointment with me to go through the deal. Instead, the salesperson insisted on only answering questions over text, and his answers were all wrong according to the sales manager I ended up talking to. When I offered to pay their price in full all cash, the sales manager told me that he would rather sell the car to someone locally and refused to sell me the car. In the end, they ended up giving me the run-around, telling lies, insulting me personally and wasting my time.

Professional and Courteous! - Brian P

Professional and Courteous! I had a terrible experience over the weekend at another dealer. Took a chance with them today and I'm glad I did. I will absolutely be coming back to this service department in the future. I felt like my time was valuable to them.

Bait and switch. - Dougstevens445

Bait and switch. Disclosed a 3000 charge for some cieramic coating in a 2016 GMC Denali that I bought with damage on the rear bumper. They had to figure out a oil leak so I didn't pick up the paperwork until 3 days later and they gave it to me in a envelope in which I just put in the glove box. Dug it out a couple of weeks later to look at the invoice and that's when I saw things didn't add up. Called the dealership and spoke to new GM, he told me that everyone that was there when I purchased the 8 year old truck has been fired. Nothing he can do about getting me back that bogus 3k charge. I am filing a complaint with the attorney generals off ice and the BBB. Beware of this place. Thanks

10 out of 10 Overall Experience! - srichmill

10 out of 10 Overall Experience! I highly recommend this location in North Fort Worth. No stress No haggling No “used car salesman” antics - Joanna was great, honest, truthful, patient and explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The store manager Santos, helped out in the process too- made coffee - adjusted my seat - took care of business. He was great. I truly feel my business was appreciated and that means a lot to me. And I LOVE my car! Thank y’all so much!
