Working with Hector from Classic Volkswagen in Mentor was by far the BEST experience I have EVER had at a dealership! As we know in todays world with high car prices and high interest rates, it's not always by far the BEST experience I have EVER had at a dealership! As we know in todays world with high car prices and high interest rates, it's not always a pleasant experience, especially when dealerships don't want to make a deal to sell their inventory. The process was literally done from home, we agreed on my trade value, I came and test drove, then the next day he had all the paperwork ready for me and I maybe spent 25 minutes at his desk, then I was on my way in my new vehicle! Never once did he try to sucker me into some b.s. that dealerships offer or any extras. He was real and down to the point with me, something that's very hard to find in a sales rep! I will 10/10 recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle and I will definitely be a returning customer to him in the future!!! We were traveling from out of town to purchase our used Atlas at this dealership and Hector went out of his way to en with Hector as our salesperson. Unfortunately, that vehicle that a problem that couldn't be easily rectified, so yesterday, she gave us 100% of what we paid for it, towards a much newer and much nicer vehicle!
