My experience with the service department is always very pleasurable. The desk staff is extremely helpful and nice to be around. They always seem to want the best for their customers. Everyone I have dealt with at Classic Volkswagon from my vehicle purchase to the service department has been friendly and courteous. I've never had a bad experience.
