Absolutely terrible service. They test drove my car over 200 miles and returned it filthy with grease all over the interior. They had it for 52 DAYS! They installed a new fan set They test drove my car over 200 miles and returned it filthy with grease all over the interior. They had it for 52 DAYS! They installed a new fan set and now my air conditioning doesn't work. It worked when it dropped it off. On top of that they gave it back to me with a very serious alignment problem that took them 3 tries to get almost corrected. Sad place, sad people, seems like a bunch of people on drugs work here. What do you expect I guess from low life people like these. I posted a video on YouTube detailing the failure and damage. Search classic Volkswagen mentor if you'd like to see it. Treat people the way you wanted to be treated! More
