Bought a 2020 Hundai Tuscon Ultimate in perfect shape. After finalizing the paperwork and giving them the money, while going out the door, they gave me only one key/fob. The salesman was wonderful! ! Within 5 weeks of purchasing our car it broke down and needed $3000 worth of maintenance. We notified the dealership and they did nothing to make it ! Unfortunately our experience was quite poor. We purchased a used car that had a headlight that was not functioning properly. After three messages to Mo and no call back, we went to pick up the car. They told us they would not be replacing the light and it was “as-is.” They sold it to us that way, and we were not notified. The light was clearly missed by them, and should have been replaced no problem. You don’t sell a car and hide imperfections, and not be willing to fix them when found. The GM Jonathan was emailed and we have had no response. Although Jamel in sales was great, we will not be taking the car for service or purchasing another car there because they don’t stand by their product. More
