Brought my Lexus RC F sport in for service, got a cv boot clamp put on replacing the zip tie the prior dealership put on, they even put new grease inside. Found the issue with my squealing brakes and solved clamp put on replacing the zip tie the prior dealership put on, they even put new grease inside. Found the issue with my squealing brakes and solved the issue as well as fixing my water pump… and oil change and alignment…in less than a day! My car didn’t drive this nice even off of the lot on purchase day. I will be returning for all of my future services to classic Lexus! Amazing service More

Dealerships has no integrity ,,,service manager and personnel manager bow to "Classic Guy Jim " , after driver finds close to $300 in loaner after returning customers car... Driver, after months asking what happened to money, since it wasn't customers , was told by service manager, "It's in Jim Browns Hands"... after writing 2 letters to Jim Brown asking what happened to "money", finally months later...Jim Brown calls him personally on Saturday morning lambasting driver of his inquiries of stating,,, " It's in Jim Browns Hands "...feelings hurt... never attempting to find answers,,, only to have driver dismissed from his duties,,, and "money", never accounted for,,, Go Figure... I felt seeing a number of employees standing at the door at 5:55 PM that they could hardly wait for me to leave so that they could go home. While I do understand this I just felt a bit rushed and uncomfortable. More

Bought my dream car 2002 Lexus SC 430 from here. Being in the business and buying a Lexus from a Lexus dealership is a no brainer. I live few states away from this dealership and called and spoke with used car director who’s nice and accommodating in every way. He passed my information to his sales person who’s also nice and we did FaceTime while vehicle is in the air i asked questions that I wrote down earlier. First of all when it comes to used cars obviously you can’t expect a perfect vehicle and things can come up which is normal and it’s the buyers responsibility. I asked so many different questions and answers i got was impressive and decided purchase it. When i got to the dealership i ran into few minor surprises that I didn’t expect because i was never told but it’s ok no biggie. Dealership spent good amount of money reconditioning the vehicle but somehow Technician never checked the in cabin air filter:( and this is my only concern because it can potentially cause health issues when you breathing in dead mice smell. I didn’t smell anything while test driving because i always had my mask on and my nose is not that sensitive like some others. After signing the documents and start driving away i put the heat on and smelled something but wasn’t sure what it was and figured something minor because i would have never thought about dead mice riding with me and never dealt with one before. Next day i opened the in cabin air filter and i ran into this unpleasant surprise. Reached out to the dealership with pictures and they were shocked and apologized. Dealer sent me engine/in cabin air filter and i didn’t wanna make a big deal and had my own mechanics looked into the issue and cleaned the in cabin air filter, cleaned the system and disinfected everything however smell is still there and possibly there is dead mice behind the vents or somewhere else and mechanic needs to take some things apart and investigate. To find the issue it takes hours of labor and decided to reach out to the GM because he knew i was dealing with this issue. Because I’m in the same business the most it will cost is $750 and i was hoping that GM will accommodate by even splitting the cost but didn’t and said it’s a used car they’re never perfect, you saw it before purchasing, and we gave you a good price, etc.. i get all of that and i agree however this is a different type of issue that can cause health issues and should have been caught during safety inspection. He chose few hundreds over a review unfortunately. More
