My experience buying a new Lexus ES 300 H was great until we met with the finance person. The sales representative was very knowledge and professional. we were also introduced to the dealer manager and the g we met with the finance person. The sales representative was very knowledge and professional. we were also introduced to the dealer manager and the general manager. We found however that the financial guy wasn’t pleasant at all trying to sell us an extended warranty. He proceeded to tell us the upgraded wheels we had just purchased were extremely fragile and if we hit a pot holes large or small it would damage the wheel. He made us feel we had just made a mistake by buying that upgraded package. We really like the vehicle and the other part of the experience. We just wish we could have buy passed the finance guy. More

Great dealership! Excellent customer service! Everyone there is very nice from the top down (Matt, Dylan, Brian, Aaron and especially Manuel). Manuel isn’t your typica Excellent customer service! Everyone there is very nice from the top down (Matt, Dylan, Brian, Aaron and especially Manuel). Manuel isn’t your typical car salesman, he didn’t pressure us into buying anything and always made sure we are happy. There were a lot of people there and we had to wait to sign our papers but he updated us on where we are in line. He checks up on us every time. Will definitely go there again no matter how far it is from us. It’s worth the drive. More
