Michael has taken very good care of me. Not only was he able to take 2 of my family's cars in trade, he was able to put me in a comperable car to the one I had when I was giving serious consideration to do able to take 2 of my family's cars in trade, he was able to put me in a comperable car to the one I had when I was giving serious consideration to downgrading. Everyone we work with at Classic Lexus is always so nice and always goes out of their way to be helpful. Overall the experience was good. Just had one problem that Manny took care of after a bit of arm twisting but nothing major. Lexus is a good car. However we have owned Mercedes Lexus is a good car. However we have owned Mercedes Benz,Jaguar,Volvo among other nice cars. Everyone at the dealership bends over backwards to make sure I am satisfied. You walk expecting to have an issue and they surprise me everytime. I came in on a Saturday recently to explain that my br sure I am satisfied. You walk expecting to have an issue and they surprise me everytime. I came in on a Saturday recently to explain that my brakes were pulsating expecting only to make an appointment within the month and thinking that I may have to pay or agrue for new pads. They immediately took the car in, gave me a loaner and replaced the brake pads at no charge and I had the car back within 4 hours. More

I continue to return despite intense competition from other Lexus dealerships because of the relationships, products, and service quality that I have consistently experienced. My adult childern and many of my friends are Lexus customers because I talk openly about my experiences at Classic Lexus. Both Brian and Chris are superb at satisfying customers and so are the service managers listed above. I have participated in several focus groups hosted by Lexus competitors and amazed noncustomers of Lexus by my comments. More
My initial experience with Classic was not a good one. The salesman who took care of us- his name was Jim, I don't remember his last name, was not a man of his word. Roger, the sales manager took care of the issue and since then I have not had any problems. If I was to ever get a Lexus from Classic again, I would go through Cliff Murphy. As far as service and maintenance, I have never had a problem since day one. I have worked with Eric Nicolli and everything has been first rate. More
I purchased a used Lexus GS350 from Classic Lexus. I greatly appreciated the kindness, patience, and nonpushy nature of their service.
