Michael was very helpful in explaining the vehicle options and setting up options for me (e.g. setting up the cell phone and the garage door opener). Car should never have been sold as certified pre owned. It's been to two dealerships and problems still are not fixed due to the original damage to the car. Front bumper is not in alignment, door won't close properly, dash had to be replaced because of rattle. The biggest problem is wind noise from the driver's rear view mirror. This problem has been worked on numerous times now with NO fix and "you'll just have to deal with it" as the answer from the dealership. "This is considered normal noise" was the other answer I received. If driving down the road and it sounding like the window is down is normal then you may not want to buy a LS 460. I am very disappointed in the dealership for sticking me with this car and not be able to fix it. More

They have always demonstrated courtesy, professionalism and thorough knowledge of Lexus, giving us great confidence in leasing our car and subsequently, having it serviced there. We leased our 2000 and 2004 RX's from Classic. Then went to Metro for 2008. We came back to Classic for 2010 RX and were EXTREMELY pleased with the friendliness of the staff, the classy look of the showroom to Metro for 2008. We came back to Classic for 2010 RX and were EXTREMELY pleased with the friendliness of the staff, the classy look of the showroom and loved the delivery room! Chris Barnett was recommended to us by a friend, but he was unavailable our first trip to Classic. We worked with Manny Brittnel who was also very knowledgeable and helpful. At the time of delivery, we worked with both Chris and Manny. We would recommend both of them. If have since emailed Chris with questions and he quickly responds and is very helpful. Thanks for the chance to provide my opinion! We will return to Classic for the next RX. More

I've told a lot of my co-workers about the ongoing committment to service that I see from Classic Lexus after the sale has been made. For example, when I picked up the car, Jim Teschler noticed that committment to service that I see from Classic Lexus after the sale has been made. For example, when I picked up the car, Jim Teschler noticed that one of the tires was low. When he checked, he found a nail in the tire in a place where it was difficult to locate. Without any discussion, he had it sent back and a new tire put on. I also love the idea of getting a free car wash with the Lexus. It has to be good for you too, since it increases the number of "marketing impressions" on your customers. More
