Our customer service rep, Mark, referred us to Michael when we came into the dealer to trade our 2007 RX 350 for a 2011 model. This is my fifth Lexus and I have never had any problem with any of them. All five leases have been through Classic Lexus and the organization just seems to run as smooth as their cars. The last two cars I purchased the maintenance service up front. That has kept me on a close to real schedule of service. The sales rep is really a down to earth nice person and I trust him to do what is best for me, for his company and of course that does the best for him. Michael has taken very good care of me. Not only was he able to take 2 of my family's cars in trade, he was able to put me in a comperable car to the one I had when I was giving serious consideration to do able to take 2 of my family's cars in trade, he was able to put me in a comperable car to the one I had when I was giving serious consideration to downgrading. After my purchase, he worked very hard to get all the paperwork straightened out. I would definitely buy again from Classic and want to work with Michael again. More

My initial experience with Classic was not a good one. The salesman who took care of us- his name was Jim, I don't remember his last name, was not a man of his word. Roger, the sales manager took care of the issue and since then I have not had any problems. If I was to ever get a Lexus from Classic again, I would go through Cliff Murphy. As far as service and maintenance, I have never had a problem since day one. I have worked with Eric Nicolli and everything has been first rate. More
