I have been a customer of Classic Lexus for approximately 20 years. I have either purchased or leased at a minimum 14 cars & SUVs. I continue to return despite intense competition from other Lexus dealerships because of the relationships, products, and service quality that I have consistently experienced. My adult childern and many of my friends are Lexus customers because I talk openly about my experiences at Classic Lexus. Both Brian and Chris are superb at satisfying customers and so are the service managers listed above. I have participated in several focus groups hosted by Lexus competitors and amazed noncustomers of Lexus by my comments. More

Michael was very helpful in explaining the vehicle options and setting up options for me (e.g. setting up the cell phone and the garage door opener). Car should never have been sold as certified pre owned. It's been to two dealerships and problems still are not fixed due to the original damage to the car. Front bumper is not in alignment, door won't close properly, dash had to be replaced because of rattle. The biggest problem is wind noise from the driver's rear view mirror. This problem has been worked on numerous times now with NO fix and "you'll just have to deal with it" as the answer from the dealership. "This is considered normal noise" was the other answer I received. If driving down the road and it sounding like the window is down is normal then you may not want to buy a LS 460. I am very disappointed in the dealership for sticking me with this car and not be able to fix it. More
Most recent trip was for warranty service which went very well. If service continues as well as the sales experience I will be very pleased even though I live about 60 miles from Classic. The main reason I recommend this dealer is because the auto service department is great. Ernie is very professional and helpful. I have dealt with various members of the service Staff and all have been very professional and attentive. Saleperson, Mike Arsham, was excellent during the sales process and is always there to answer qu and all have been very professional and attentive. Our overall experience was fine. We were talked into leasing a new car a month before our existing lease expired, and that left us feeling a little pressured and annoyed.
