Michael has taken very good care of me. Not only was he able to take 2 of my family's cars in trade, he was able to put me in a comperable car to the one I had when I was giving serious consideration to do able to take 2 of my family's cars in trade, he was able to put me in a comperable car to the one I had when I was giving serious consideration to downgrading. Everyone at the dealership bends over backwards to make sure I am satisfied. You walk expecting to have an issue and they surprise me everytime. My initial experience with Classic was not a good one. The salesman who took care of us- his name was Jim, I don't remember his last name, was not a man of his word.
