The Classic Lexus dealership and sales experience was by far the best I have ever experienced. I have purchased many vehicles over the last 30 years, and I never had an experience so good. The dealership is pure class, very professional, service was outstanding by all I met. Mike Arsham, sales, was outstanding in every respect. I have recommended the dealership to serveral others already. There is no doubt this is where I will return for my next purchase. Considering I am a 1 1/2 hour drive away, I would never do that unless the service was outstanding. I hope you can give this feedback to Mike directly, and I apologize I do not remember the business office persons name that did the paperwork, however, she was excellent as well. This dealership is always responsive, respectful of my time and focused on the customer experience. I know that with or without an appointment, when I stop at Classic Lexus, I will be greated in a warm f time and focused on the customer experience. I know that with or without an appointment, when I stop at Classic Lexus, I will be greated in a warm friendly manner and they will do whatever they can to accomodate my need. The service and sales personnel are knowledgable about the product. In fact, when I had difficulty programming the garage door opening feature, Paul came to my house to help me. I have bought many cars over many years from this dealer and would never even consider going elsewhere. I take my cars to Classic for service because I know the service will be done right the first time and the car will be ready when they say it will. The service department always calls if there is a change in the scope of service required and provides me with alternative transportation whenever I need this. My car is returned clean and ready to go! Barry took alot of time to make sure that I was comfortable with all of the features of my new Lexus and let me know that he was available for follow up question that might arise. He pays close attention to customer service and goes the extra mile to make me feel welcome. The people I encountered at this Lexus dealership were very nice, helpful and professional. Unfortunately, I had some problems with my car. First the alignment was off. I took the car in and that was fix very nice, helpful and professional. Unfortunately, I had some problems with my car. First the alignment was off. I took the car in and that was fixed. My tire light indicating low air pressure was continually on, even after I put air in the tires. It turns out that all 4 of the tires were leaking from the rim and that took two visits to rectify. Shortly after that,the change oil light came on (less than a month after I had the car). The oil didn't actually need to be changed, the service department just forgot to reset it. All of these things were mildly annoying, but what most irritated me was that when I bought the car with the navigation unit, I specifically asked if the there were free updates. The sales person told me yes, but I recently got a postcard in the mail that it would be $200 to update my navigation unit. To say the least, I have not been entirely happywith my experience with Lexus. I know that mistakes happen, but it was just one thing after another. I bought a used car, but it was still a lot of money. More
Our customer service rep, Mark, referred us to Michael when we came into the dealer to trade our 2007 RX 350 for a 2011 model. Michael answered all our questions and his knowledge of the vehicle is extens when we came into the dealer to trade our 2007 RX 350 for a 2011 model. Michael answered all our questions and his knowledge of the vehicle is extensive. We feel we were given a fair trade for our previous model and a good price for the new. Michael explained all of the features, took his time and will be assisting us in the future to get our phone to work in the vehicle. We would recommend Michael and Classic Lexus to anyone who is looking for a dealer and salesperson. More

This is my fifth Lexus and I have never had any problem with any of them. All five leases have been through Classic Lexus and the organization just seems to run as smooth as their cars. The last two cars I purchased the maintenance service up front. That has kept me on a close to real schedule of service. The sales rep is really a down to earth nice person and I trust him to do what is best for me, for his company and of course that does the best for him. Aaron Williams has a good way of communicating and helping one make a buying decision. More
