As a long time Toyota/Lexus owner, I have been coming to Classic Lexus for many years now. I own a 2002 GS 300, and an 07 RX 350. My 02 GS was purchased here, but my CPO RX was purchased at Sheehy Lexus o Classic Lexus for many years now. I own a 2002 GS 300, and an 07 RX 350. My 02 GS was purchased here, but my CPO RX was purchased at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. I get both cars serviced here. Unfortunately, Classic didn't have the options I wanted for my RX, so I bought the RX at Sheehy Lexus (big mistake). Even though the car was sold CPO from Sheehy Lexus, there were many issues with the car. Thankfully, Classic Lexus service took care of these issues. Unfortunately, Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis gave me quite the run around for many weeks before coming to an unacceptable solution. I do drive quite a bit to get service at Classic Lexus, because I live on the westside of Cleveland (about a 45 min drive), but the drive is worth it due to the quality of service from Ernie Kish, and Dave Spindler. Their prices and service are a lot better than Metro Lexus as well, which makes the drive worth it. More

This is our 4th Lexus from Classic. That should speak volumns. Service is great. Calls are always answered quickly and Loaner cars always available. Lexus really does give great service. Barry Rice looked at all the areas of the car and gave his assessment. I purchased the car, trusting in his rating. When I picked up the car,it was better than he described it. I was very pleased at the condition of the vehicle. I received a warranty of thirty days or 1500 miles with the car which was honored even when an unexpected problem arose within the mileage limitation but past the 30 day limit. Also, when I made the trip to pick up the car I dropped off my rental car at Enterprise. When I told them where I needed to go, they said "they are good people to deal with" which was confirmed by my first hand experience. Shelley Kertcher was wonderful! I bought the car off of the show room floor. Since it was inside I think they felt they didn't need to clean it. Smudges everywhere, foot prints/scuffs on the seats. The polyshield which they put inside was all over the seat belts leaving stain marks. The inside edge of the trunk was filthy. As far as the price goes I do not feel it was a fair price. That is OK, I understand sales. I'm not one that likes to bother with going back or walking out etc. I had the blue book value of my trade in. The salesman showing me the blue book value of my car on his iphone (which was way under what mine said it was worth) to justify his price is just insulting my intelligence. We used the same condition of the car. Perhaps there are different blue books floating around? After buying my Acura I wondered why people made jokes about car salesmen. They were fair in every way, no games or anything. Now I understand. More
