We wanted something with low miles, alloy wheels, and clean inside and out. Another Toyota sales person advised us to check a RAV4 at Classic Lexus in Willoughby Hills. It was an unusual color, so unusual we knew it wasn't something we wanted to look at for the next few years. Parked right next to it happened to the a beautiful 2014 super white Toyota RAV4 with 8,000 miles. We took it for a ride and the rest is history. The staff at this dealership was first class from beggining to end. They asked us to come back anytime to review all the bells and whistles that were a little new to us. I'll definitely be back for the free one year of maintenance and the car washes. I didn't purchase a new Lexus but I sure felt like I had! More

On July 6, 2013 I brought my Lexus IS 250 to your dealership for service. While dropping the car off for service my husband and I explained that we would like to have a second key programmed for the dealership for service. While dropping the car off for service my husband and I explained that we would like to have a second key programmed for the car. The service associate, Eric explained that there was a possibility that it may not be able to be programmed but they would try. With that being said the car was serviced with a oil change, tire rotation and recall repair. When Eric called and stated that the car was ready for pick up he explained that the key was unable to be programmed and that it was not the correct key for the car. He failed to mention that there would still be a charge for this service. I found this to be a bit disappointing as I thought you only pay for services rendered. I have certainly overpaid for various services/items, but never have I paid for something without receiving any benefit. Not wanting to cause a fuss we paid the fee and left the dealership. Upon taking delivery of my vehicle I noticed that there was some oil/dirt on the driver-side interior pillar. I returned to the dealership and explained the issue. At the time the service technician, Greg stated he did not know how that happened and took the car to be cleaned. My issue with my experience is that it was not at all what I was expecting from a high-end dealership. Although I have many options to choose from, I chose Classic Lexus for my service needs expecting good service. I understand businesses exist to make money but as a customer you should never feel that is their sole motive and be taken advantage of. I feel you should always leave a business feeling good about your experience. The primary reason this rating was given is because we emailed the same information above to the Service Manager and waited a week and never received a response. This dealership sends you an automated email after your service is complete that states they care about customer satisfaction but I don't believe that to be the case. After waiting a week and never receiving a response, I emailed the GM of the dealership. Still no response. More
Of all my car buying experiences that's one was the best by far!! I dread the car buying experience and am allergic to salesmen, but I had a great experience this time around. And Classic surprised me with the deal I didn't think possible. I highly recommed Classic Lexus and particularly Michael Arsham. More
