I had originally gone to Metro Lexus (Cleveland) and was not given the service one would expect when buying a Lexus. I found Classic when I visited Lexus' website and looked at finding dealerships in my area. I didn't know about this Eastside dealer. However, it is an hours drive from my Westside home. From a service standpoint that doesn't matter because of the pickup and return policy that they have. The facility is amazing ... beautifully appointed and of course there are the coffee and cookies!
