He worked with a manager by presenting my offer and was able to get us the mutually agreed-to sale. I had originally gone to Metro Lexus (Cleveland) and was not given the service one would expect when buying a Lexus. I found Classic when I visited Lexus' website and looked at finding dealerships in my area. I didn't know about this Eastside dealer. However, it is an hours drive from my Westside home. From a service standpoint that doesn't matter because of the pickup and return policy that they have. The facility is amazing ... beautifully appointed and of course there are the coffee and cookies! More

The experience over six or more new Lexus' has been so terrific, I referred an employee and a grandson, as well as many friends to use them. Main reason is that working with Michael Brittain in sales, and Eric Nicolli in service has been a very pleasant experience. They go over and above what's needed to make sure I'm happy with their service -weather it's learning new features, or programming my garage door openers (yes, in 2 different households!), they're there when I need them. From the friendly receptionist to the car wash guy, beverages and treats in the waiting room, it all makes for a great experience. I can highly recommend them.
