His level of care and patience is second to none. Also, during the sales process we had the chance to meet Brian Nash. He too was outstanding. One example is that I was walking around the sales lot before entering the dealership to look at the various cars; he asked how he could help me. Next, Alexis Ledesma-Chavez was outstanding at going over everything with us. He knows these cars and we greatly appreciate his knowledge of the car’s technology. Last, during the finance process Pete Fenda was very efficient, friendly and we enjoyed his expertise. However, what was clear was that the paperwork was not ready.
