Yesterday we purchased a new car from Classic Lexus. This is our second Lexus from Classic and we have come back because of the exceptional level of customer service from sales to service. During the sales process, we continued to enjoy the exceptional service. Chris Barnett is outstanding, and he is the reason that we continue to come back to Classic Lexus. His level of care and patience is second to none. Also, during the sales process we had the chance to meet Brian Nash. He too was outstanding. One example is that I was walking around the sales lot before entering the dealership to look at the various cars; he asked how he could help me. Next, Alexis Ledesma-Chavez was outstanding at going over everything with us. He knows these cars and we greatly appreciate his knowledge of the car’s technology. Last, during the finance process Pete Fenda was very efficient, friendly and we enjoyed his expertise. However, what was clear was that the paperwork was not ready.
