Disgusted Don’t ever buy a used vehicle that’s anything but a Lexus from Classic Lexus because you won’t be treated the same. I bought a Jeep Wrangler in Novemb Don’t ever buy a used vehicle that’s anything but a Lexus from Classic Lexus because you won’t be treated the same. I bought a Jeep Wrangler in November 2018 and the heat stopped working in January 2019. I purchased the drive train warranty but was told it wasn’t covered. Classic refuses to do anything about it even though I only purchased the vehicle a few short months ago. Dylan Dacar nor Matt Dietz cared whatsoever. It’s extremely disappointing for a company that prides themselves on their service. More

From the General Manager Matt, Scott the Internet sales manager, Used car manager Dylan, salesman John, finance manager Kevin to Gary the individual who details the car and picked me up at the airport, I felt like I was at an all inclusive vacation resort (think of Sandals with butler service) and was thoroughly impressed with the entire staff. Everyone was on their “A” game. Responses to my emails were always timely; commitments were kept and often exceeded. John knew everything about the product Lexus and answered every question I had about the car. I felt like royalty as he patiently took the time (over 1 hour) walking me through all the features on my new chariot. The entire process was smooth and extremely easy. I live in northern Virginia over 6 hours away from this oasis of a car dealership and it will be the first place I visit on my next vehicle purchase.
