If I was rating only our salesperson, I would give him 5 stars. Tony was helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to be accommodating. I would recommend him. If I am rating the overall experience and the dealings of the management, I would give it 2-4 stars. We knew there was a mechanical issue with our trade-in. However, they tried to say that it devalues the trade-in by the full estimated cost of the service from their service department. That is utterly and resoundingly disingenuous, disrespectful , and dishonest. The service (quoted at FOUR times higher cost than quotes we received from a commercial car service company) did not cost the dealership as much as they charge for. Plain and simple. To say it does is simply a lie and should have not even come to us as a proposal. Add to that they wanted to take the cost of new tires and windshield out of it (both standard costs of a trade-in and thus why you do not receive full value for them) and I feel that their initial dealings with us were exceptionally poor. With some push back, they did work with us a degree, however, I think they could have done better and should have been more honest from the start. Be prepared. They get 4/5 overall for Tony and for working with us after the initial offer. More
