from not knowing where to get a newer car, I was approved in minutes (while sitting at another dealership for hours) Met with salesman Keith - he was so courteous, and helpful in my situation and worked with mgr - Tony. Recently had a small issue with the undercarriage plate that came off from being stuck in the snow. Service got me in the same day. Initially quoted $90 for inspection, and possible replacement of the plate/shield. After about an hour wait, well worth it. They not only fixed and re-attached the plate, but it was $0 no charge. This place is great.. Service is fast paced but organized. Everyone knew what they were doing and moved people in and out.

My Name is Nedra Nichols and my experience today at Honda of Cleveland Heights was awesome, I had the most helpful service coordinator that I’ve had since I have been a customer, I have had good experiences before and good service coordinators , but Ricardo was exceptionally helpful and patient with me he answered all my questions made things that I didn’t understand clearly!!! If you are a customer of Honda of Cleveland Heights ask for Ricardo he’s extremely professional and knowledgeable and most importantly he’s kind my visit today was very pleasant.
