Classic Honda

Overall a great experience. We had to drive almost an hour to get to the Honda dealership and we were not sure it was going to be worth the drive. After test driving other models, nothing compares to the Honda. We already had a Honda, so we were pretty sure that we were getting another one. The reason that I did not rate the Quality of Work higher was the fact that when I picked up my car, the people responsible for the detailing left an awful lot to be desired. The inside of the windows were was the fact that when I picked up my car, the people responsible for the detailing left an awful lot to be desired. The inside of the windows were not cleaned well and the dash just looked to be wiped quickly. If the outside of the car was washed, it appeared that it was just left to air dry and not dried with towels and left to shine for the new customer. This bad taste probably figured into the other categoies slightly, as well. Peter Ferber was an excellent salesman and handled himself professionally through all our meetings. More
