Outstanding Service, Above and Beyond Expectations We have purchased 4 cars from this dealer over the years but it was their service today that was exceptional. Our 2015 CR V would not start and AAA ha We have purchased 4 cars from this dealer over the years but it was their service today that was exceptional. Our 2015 CR V would not start and AAA had been out earlier in the week and said the battery was fine, though after charging it it started. AAA was wrong. I called the dealer when it wouldn't start again and Kevin in service told me he could have one of his guys out to my house, at no charge, in 45 minutes. On a Saturday morning with no arrangements made in advance. Wow! And sure enough, 45 minutes later a very nice, polite young man showed up with a new battery and had it installed and running in 20 minutes. Now the car runs and I never left home. Who gives that kind of service on a weekend with no appointment? No one I know. They have truly earned my respect and admiration. More

Our salesman, Anthony, was wonderful...he was very professional, took his time while showing us all of the options on the car and was able to answer all of our questions during the test drive. We couldn't decide between two colors, so he pulled both cars out in the parking lot where we could easily compare them sitting side by side. Classic Honda made purchasing a car easy because there was no pressure; ultimately they wanted us to be happy with our decision. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.
