Best way to spend a Saturday Morning I had never leased before and Matt Palmer and I had several phone and email conversations. Matt was great with sending me all my options and when I chose one, I told him that I would be in on Saturday at 10am. Matt then introduced me to Nate Carter. Nate was great, not only did I do a test drive, he explained again about leasing to make sure I understood everything before I signed any paperwork. I had purchased my last Honda CRV there and he went and got Dustin who is now the GM. I was totally surprised when he came to me, shook my hand and asked how my dad and Charlie were. My dad was with me 2 years ago when I purchased my 2015 CRV. He was so respectful to my dad who is retired US Air Force. Charlie was my dog that I brought in when I came to pick up my new matts that I purchased. What a memory. Was treated with the same respect as last time and everyone was excited for me and kept asking me if I had anymore questions about leasing. Will always go back to Classic Honda for service and sales. They treat you like family. More

Surpassed my expectations The dealership and it's salesperson, Donna Galleguillos, worked diligently to make sure I got the car I wanted for the purpose I needed. Outstanding Service, Above and Beyond Expectations We have purchased 4 cars from this dealer over the years but it was their service today that was exceptional. Our 2015 CR V would not start and AAA ha We have purchased 4 cars from this dealer over the years but it was their service today that was exceptional. Our 2015 CR V would not start and AAA had been out earlier in the week and said the battery was fine, though after charging it it started. AAA was wrong. I called the dealer when it wouldn't start again and Kevin in service told me he could have one of his guys out to my house, at no charge, in 45 minutes. On a Saturday morning with no arrangements made in advance. Wow! And sure enough, 45 minutes later a very nice, polite young man showed up with a new battery and had it installed and running in 20 minutes. Now the car runs and I never left home. Who gives that kind of service on a weekend with no appointment? No one I know. They have truly earned my respect and admiration. More
