I went to 4 different dealers looking for a car and Classic Honda by far was the best. My wife was unable to be there to see the car and my sales man Mr. Fiorille and the Team at classic Honda made it Classic Honda by far was the best. Nate was very knowledgeable & personable, definitely an experienced representative of Honda. It was nice to feel so comfortable and taken care of when it comes to such a big purchase. We had the best experience previously with him, and with Honda, when leasing our Odyssey so it was a no brainer to go see him again! From purchase & maintenance, to inspection & transitioning to our new car yesterday... we highly recommend them! I love my 2020 Honda Civic and all the awesome bells & whistles that came with it. A+ crew over there!!! More

But of course they “find” a repair that needs to be done! Oh, and it will be very dangerous if we don’t fix it! They saw my meek, trusting husband coming from a mile away! They charged over $450 for replacing a lower ball joint. I called our regular mechanic, Kohler’s in Hudson, who said they would do it for $125, including labor! I found the part for $45 with a quick online search. They charged us $160 for the part, plus $130 for alignment ((Leipold will do it for $80) and $130 an hour for labor! WTAF?!? Awful, horrible swindlers! More

Needed to replace my car I had been looking to replace my 2009 Honda Fit with another as I liked the handing and size so I was looking on line and found this one. The only regret I have is that is this one is an automatic. I would have liked to had found a standard but they are getting to be hard to find. I had purchased the 2009 from Classic so I know they will treat me right. The salesman Mitch went over everything so we had no problems with it. Had it a week so far. and the only two problems I can see so far is trying to stop my self from trying to shift and keeping to looking for the keys when it stops. (it has the key less system) More
Purchased and Traded Carl was my salesman at this dealership and he was very pleasant to deal with. My initial contact was with Steve (internet sales). Steve gave me what I thought (after a lot of research) was a very fair quote on a new vehicle. I never discussed a possible trade with him. When I arrived at the dealership and met Steve, he handed me off to Carl. He made me feel comfortable and was personable. He answered my questions and if he didn't know the answer, he found out what I needed to know. Once the discussion turned to my trade, I handed over the key fob and one of the staff went to check it out (meticulously maintained Toyota Rav4). Once he looked it over they gave me a very VERY low ball offer on my trade. I was pissed as I knew they weren't even close to dealer trade in value. I told them just that. They offered an additional $1000 and after a few minutes of contemplation, I declined the offer. I left and went to another dealership who was willing to match their new vehicle price, but also lowballed the trade in and wouldn't budge. The thing that REALLY annoyed me was when the gentleman who looked over my trade said he heard squeaks coming from the rear end. I understand the guy has a job to do, but I know my car is/was tip top. After a bit I decided that even though my trade in was already privately listed (should have done it sooner!), I likely wouldn't sell it on my own soon enough as the selection and trim package of the 2019 model I was getting was becoming increasingly harder to find. I contacted Carl again he said they'd honor their previous offer. Deal completed relativity painlessly. My final word of advise is to sell your trade in privately and advertise it well before you plan to buy from your dealer. More
