Kevin Bartlett, the Service Manager, quickly diagnosed a problem and provided us with a loaner vehicle for the inconvenience of having to keep the car. When there was an issue with the loaner, he sent a tec problem and provided us with a loaner vehicle for the inconvenience of having to keep the car. When there was an issue with the loaner, he sent a technician to our home to start the vehicle, and also delivered our car back to us. Problems can happen, and providing swift, courteous, effective solutions mitigates potential negative feelings. I love Classic Honda for its convenient, personal, and courteous service. More
