I am a Disabled Texas Veteran. My car was located at the Classic Elite Dealership in Sugarland for mechanical work but was damaged (totaled) during Hurricane Beryl here in Texas. I My car was located at the Classic Elite Dealership in Sugarland for mechanical work but was damaged (totaled) during Hurricane Beryl here in Texas. I was informed that neither, the company nor their insurance would take responsibility for the damages. That vehicle was in very good condition. Every bit of $3000 to $7000 of good condition and Classic Elite turned their back on me and my devastation. And from what I was informed of, their were three others whose vehicles were damaged. I wonder if they were treated in the same manner. More

I've never even considered rating a Finance Manager, but Alfred w to get me out on time for an event I had that evening. It was much appreciated! I've never even considered rating a Finance Manager, but Alfred was absolutely the most respectful, professional, and friendly one I have ever worked with. I don't know of requesting a specific FM is even normal, but I certainly hope he's still with Classic Elite when it's time for my next vehicle! More
