Before arrival I was pre-approved, then at classic Chevy, I was told to meet this person for my transaction, they switched it. Ok. Next we settle on price,of what I want, I picked 3 cars which all by one mysteriously sold last night, but ok. Next they try to put me in a car that I repeatedly told them that I didn't want multiple times. Yes my options were limited to poor credit history. My thing is that you trying to make a sell, I get that, but your also not listening to your customers of what they want, their valuable time by sitting there for hour's. This is want turned me off at Nissan by your listening and urging other products, now Chevy has disappointed me so this will be the last vehicle I ever look at from them. The sales guy handled his business but in the end not a great experience. X More
