Sent an email with no response so I am attaching it to this. I am sending this email because I feel like your service team let me down. I have brought my car back to the dealership since I purchased it this. I am sending this email because I feel like your service team let me down. I have brought my car back to the dealership since I purchased it there I have the receipts, I trusted they had me in their best interest but boy was I wrong. Attached is the service I had done back in March and one from yesterday. I was told yesterday that I needed new tires (look at my Carfax I have 37,048 miles left) well if you look at the tires they appear ok however the inside is completely bald when I asked why, I was told they fired the old service team and this will never happen again. Well it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. If you look at my service record back in March its obvious that the tires were wearing not one word from your team even though I asked them to check because it had a vibration I was told at pickup everything was good. I was given a quote for tires 587.72 and 40.00 of the alignment. To me that is a slap in the face so I have chosen to take my business elsewhere just wanted you to be aware of my frustration. My advice to you would be do your job and inform the customer if there is an issue. I have to take the blame for my ignorance and not reviewing every inspection but lesson learned. I will be leaving a service review to warn others to read the Multi Point Vehicle Inspection and not trust that everything is ok. More
