Because of my incredibly tight work schedule, I was struggling to find time to drop off my 2019 Cadillac XT5. Terry completely went out of his way to accommodate me. He personally drove to my workplace, picked up my vehicle, and took it to the service center to get fixed. Once the work was completed, he drove it right back to me. This level of dedication and convenience is rare. Terry saved my day and kept my vehicle running perfectly. Five stars!

We texted them about a vehicle we had been negotiating on for 2 weeks. We once again stated our offer. The said to come get it. We said we would be there after work. We called as we headed over (a 45 minute drive). After three phone calls, we finally spoke to a manager. We were told that the vehicle was being sold as we spoke. I told him that the text constituted a contract (legally speaking, it does), and he said that it didn't. He then also changed the agreed upon price to more than what we was discussed 2 weeks ago! Do not trust these people.
