I started my buying experience with my sales person Tyler by phone, I was in the market for a Caddilac and had gotten pretty interested in one vehicle but not sold on it, Tyler sent me a video and compariso by phone, I was in the market for a Caddilac and had gotten pretty interested in one vehicle but not sold on it, Tyler sent me a video and comparisons on the two different vehicles, He found the exact vehicle for me and what I was looking for . He and the staff at the dealership was a pleasure to work with. I put my total trust in Tyler's experience and drove 424 miles one way to buy from this dealership and from a salesman that was awesome. On a 1 to 10 experience, I rate it at a 10. We were passing through Denison, TX headed home to NW AR, when my 2017 Silverado 2500 HD w/ Duramax decided to go into limp mode. Since it was a Sunday evening, we stayed at a hotel only about a mile fro AR, when my 2017 Silverado 2500 HD w/ Duramax decided to go into limp mode. Since it was a Sunday evening, we stayed at a hotel only about a mile from this dealership. From the hotel the next morning, I called the dealership and was connected with Doug. After describing our dilemma, he assured me that they would work it in and would do everything possible to get us going ASAP. We "limped" to the dealership and was greeted by Doug and Billy quickly checked it in and took it back to the Service Bays where Tanner got right on it. Everyone there was not only professional, but they were genuinely concerned and very helpful. They came back with a diagnosis of failed fuel pressure sensor, along with a lot of other codes. Tanner felt confident that the other codes were thrown as a result of the pressure sensor failure. At lunch time, they offered to take us to get lunch. Jeri took us to IHOP and after enjoying a relaxing lunch, she came back and picked us up. The truck was ready within another hour and we were on our way. The truck has been operating properly since. I would greatly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for good old-fashioned, but top of the line professional service on their vehicle. We both wish we were closer to this dealership. We will very much consider buying our next vehicle here, thanks to the genuine care the Service Department provided. Also, the Service manager was so nice and so helpful. Very professional. I went to look for a used vehicle on Saturday March 9, 2024. The first vehicle I wanted to look at, the key didn’t work, the second the car didn’t work. I should’ve taken that as my sign and left right then. The 3rd I was interested in was a 2022 Chevy TrailBlazer. I looked at the vehicle, and test drove it and really liked it. Our sales person, Ryan, stated it had a check engine light on however, but they were putting it in the shop to fix it. My husband and I went ahead and did the paperwork under the understanding they would fix whatever was wrong and we could back out at any time. They called us to say it had been fixed the following Tuesday. When I picked the vehicle up on Tuesday Sirus XM was playing. Later that night I tried to change it to FM radio and realized the radio wasn’t working. I called first thing in the morning and they stated if I brought it in they’d fix it, since it was already not working. I had the next Wednesday (exactly a week later) off for Social Worker Appreciation at work so I told them I would bring it in on my day off. Literally, the same day the check engine light came back on. My husband called this time and they said they would look at it on the following Wednesday. The following week (so a week after I had picked up the TrailBlazer I took it in to be checked. The service center acted like they had no idea what I was talking about when I went to drop it off. Finally I believe it was a service manager came to the front and was very nice and professional and said he would take care of it. I went to the sales room to pick up my tag (I’m from Oklahoma and we can keep our old tags and I had left my old one on my truck). The salesperson who had been helping me with my tag, Gunnar, had told me he would lock it in his desk. I spoke with Kenneth from Calera, who was very rude and condescending, and told him I’m from Oklahoma and Gunnar told me he set aside my old tag. I explained this several times and Kenneth still looked through new tags and everywhere else before finally getting the key to Gunnar’s desk and telling me if I had just told him it was my old tag he would’ve known where to look. I was on the phone with my husband throughout this, because he had called to see how drop off went and I was telling him the service department didn’t have us down after all and they couldn’t find my tag and Kenneth came over and told me to calm down they were getting me taken care of. Mind you, I was just explaining to my husband what was going on. After finally getting my tag, we went and waited in a children’s waiting room since I had my baby and teenager. After an hour or more another service guy came in and asked when the radio broke, I told him it was broke the first day I got it. They finally came back and the service manager told us it was the same issue from before and they would have to order a part to fix it, because they just did a reset before. At this point it will be 2 months next week that we’ve had the vehicle and we still haven’t been told they received the part and the check engine light situation and radio have not been fixed. My husband called at the one month point and they stated they still haven’t found the part. To top it all off we got an automated email from Classic a few days after saying suggested vehicles, and one of them was a new 2023 TrailBlazer for only $2,000 more than what we bought our 2022 TrailBlazer for and we would’ve bought that if a salesperson had informed us. More
